Description

5 5oz ramekins of creme brulee (no sugar topping)

Instructions:
Coat the top of the creme brulee in a thin layer of granulated sugar.
Using a torch, heat the sugar until golden and melted.
To ensure the sugar doesn’t burn, continuously move torch around the top, being careful not to get too close.
Eat within 15 minutes of torching so that the top stays crisp.

Ingredients:
Heavy cream, Sugar, Egg, Salt, Vanilla extract
