Does not come sliced to preserve freshness.
It’s best the day it’s baked, but should stay pretty soft for about 2 days at room temperature. I don’t add any preservatives, so it may mold within a week at room temp. It’s best to slice and freeze if you can’t use it within a day or two. Reheat using a toaster, pan on the stove, the oven, or the microwave until it’s warmed through.
